Every year the Missouri Valley Division of the IAFC comes together to offer education to fire service leaders. For three days you have the opportunity to build relationships, explore the latest topics in the fire service, and refocus your administrative mindset.

We’ve all heard that to care for others you must first care for yourself. At this conference we’ll explore how we can care for the culture of our department and get better results in our communities.

But what would a conference be without the opportunity to explore and relax? We offer a Monumental Welcome, where you’ll enjoy dinner and sunset at one of the most scenic places in the Western US; The Colorado National Monument. Thursday after the conference, enjoy a stroll down historic Main St. for our local Farmer’s Market. Join us for a social hour and treat the family to throwback fire service movie at the Historic Avalon Theatre. Who knows, maybe you can even catch a Rockies baseball game!
